New York, New York!!!

NEW YORK!!  We were suppose to go on this trip last year but Covid.  So we were both super excited to finally get to go, this was Ryan's first time and I haven't been since 8th grade!

We had a super early flight out so when we got to our hotel our room was not quite ready.  So we walked down the street to grab some coffee.

How cute is this!

Then our room was ready, so we went to drop our stuff and get out!
The view from our room!

Our first stop was Time Square
It was a busy!

Then we attempted the subway.
It is not user friendly for people who know absolutley nothing about it.
We got tickets and then walked in 20 cirlces till we finally got on the right platform.

Someone was not a fan of it but we can check it off the list!

We walked around Hudson Yard and checked out The Vessel.
It is HUGE, sadly it was closed so we couldn't walk it.

We found the entrance to The High Line.

It is a 1.45-mile-long elevated linear park, greenway and rail trail created on a former New York Central Railroad.  It was really cool to be able to see parts of New York and all the amazing architecture though the city.

We spotted a pizza place and made a detour

HOLY PIZZA- it was amazing!

And the meatballs

Then we walked through Chelsea Market, which I was a bit disappointed in.  It wasn't near as big as I expected but it did smell great.

There is outdoor seating all throughout the city and they have done a really good job making them cozy.

The parking is crazy in the city!

After all that walking we jumped in a pedi cab, BIG mistake!  I was seriously scared for my life!
They do not obey any street rules or laws and just weave in and out of traffic, lights, buses, etc.

After alittle recharge we headed to Serendipity!!

No words can explain how delicious this was!

We were stuffed so we started walking towards the hotel and walked past St. Peters Cathedral.
It was an entire block long and gorgeous all lit up at night.

We walked through Time Sqaure again to check it out at night and it reminded us of Vegas on steroids!
Some guy had the Back to the Futrue car.

We grabbed a drink before heading to bed.
