Update

Well my beloved Mac Book died on me and I didn't have all my pictures backed up!!!!  Then a week later I dropped my phone and had to get a new one so I am WAY behind on blogging.  I am going to start with the 1st Day of School and then go in and fill in all the others.  You will need to scroll back to see what I have added as I am publishing them with the correct date they took place and not in the order that I am blogging about them.

Soccer Season is Here!!!

Taylor decided that she wanted to play soccer again this season!

We only had one practice before our 1st game, one got rain out, and they all played really well.  We tied our first game.

Our second game we got smashed, their were some seriously skilled players.

Poppy was in town last week to help out while Ryan had back surgery, THANK YOU very much for coming!

So we celebrated with dinner and cake!

Alison's Baptism

Sunday we drove to San Antonio for Alison's baptism.

Going back to that church is always special for me.  That is where Ryan and I got married in June 02, Kendall got dedicated in 05 and Taylor got dedicated in 06.  

After church the whole family went to grab some lunch.

It also happened to be Grandparents Day, Happy Grandparents Day Grams!

Football Season is HERE!

I can't actually believe that I am writing this but I am excited about football season to finally be here.  One because it means that our schedule slow down a bit because Ryan, Ryan and I, or the whole family try and make it to the Baylor games.  Two because we entertain alot during football season, I LOVE having friends over to hang out, the guys playing cornhole, kids running around like wild indians, the smell of something cooking on the grill, and the sound of grown men yelling at a TV!  Three because Taylor has started soccer again so she has games on Saturday, which means that we can't travel out of town for the weekend.  Finally, because it makes my husband ridiculously happy to watch football!  It is good for his soul!

So to kick off the season right Ryan and I jumped in the car with Rachel (my roomie from Baylor) and Peter and headed up 35!

We had a grand daddy of grand daddys car ride home.  Some major car dancing and singing!  I might have gotten a headache just from the ride home because the music was so loud but it was tons of fun.

It was a VERY busy summer!

1st Day of School

I accepted a full time position teaching third grade at the girls school.  I am super excited to be all together and at an amazing school but it bought about some changes for the 1st day of school since I couldn't walk them to class :(  but Daddy did an amazing job!

Everyone had a fabulous first day/week of school.  The girls love their new teachers and seeing all their friends again.  I on the other hand am exhausted but loving it.
