Day at Sea

Today was our day at sea.

I had lunch with Angela, Jenny, Stevie, Erin, and Maria

We watched the belly flop contest and enjoyed some ice cream

Younique had the entire boat decked out in quotes, signs, and photos.
This is one of my favorites!

The rest of the day we just relaxed, took a nap, and walked around the ship (we hadn't really done that yet).
For dinner we went to the Italian restaurant and it was fabulous.
Can you say holy charcuterie board!

Loved coming in every night and finding a new animal greeting us.

Friday we woke up in Miami and quickly got off the boat to head to the airport.

Someone made himself comfortable while waiting for our flight.

We both had a fabulous time and made lots of new memories!

Coco Cay

Today when we woke up we were at Coco Cay!
I got in a quick workout and lets just say this is a view I could work out to everyday!

It was going a pretty prefect day!

We had resevered a cabana for the day and the best party is that even came with its own cabana BOY!!!

I basically sat in one of those yellow chairs all day, reading, chatting, listening to music, and drinking my frosty beverages as long as I could!

The weather was chilly, so naturally I didn't get in but Ryan and others enjoyed it.

Love these ladies

We had a fabulous day at "Chill Beach"

That night was fancy night!  We had dinner and then it was off to the piano bar and casino!

Quick turn around...

While I was off with K, Taylor and her team were killing it on the court!

2nd place in the Gold Bracket!

Kendall and I got home around 4:30 I quickly unpacked, did some laundry, finished writing out directions for the week, repacked, snuggled with the girls a bit and then was off again to the airport at 3:30AM.

Long story short, the security was out of control we missed our flight.  The next flight would not get there in time for the original cut off time to get on the boat.  After a million emails, calls, text, some tears I finally got confirmation that we could make the next flight and the boat.  Thank God!!

We had a 4 hour wait so we grabbed some breakfast.
This bear looks almost identical to the Baylor Bear!

It had been a long morning and it was only 7AM so I needed ALL the drinks!

Finally made it on the plane

We were literally the last people on the boat, just a few minutes before 4.

We dropped off our luggage and went to find my people.

Me, Jenny, Erin, and Stevie

We had dinner, a few drinks and called it a night- it had been a long day!

When we woke up we were in Nassau

We met some friends and went off to the Straw Market.  We walked all around, did some shopping, and lots of saying "no thank you".

We walked down to Senor Frogs for some lunch and drinks.

Stevie found her the perfect seat!

We ran into Maria!

The ceiling is covered in hilarious signs but this is my favorite!

Ryan, of course, made friends with some locals.

We walked around some more after lunch and was pretty sure at one point one of us was going to get taken to jail from all the "real-fake" purses and shoes we looked at.  It was store after store of wall to ceiling goods and women trying to make a sale.

We finally returned to the boat, showered, and got ready for dinner.
Jenny, Stevie, me, Erin, and Elisa

We spent the rest of the evening in the piano bar and casino.

Seattle Day 3

Saturday Jewel Cats competed again

After they were done- we went to The Sugar Factory

I ordered the Cookie Monster Make A Wish (DUH) and Kendall got the Giggles Snickers Milkshake

They were both over the top and yummy but we could barely put a dent in them but them.

Sunday we flew out super early.  The competition didn't go the way we wanted to but the trip was packed with lots of new adventures and memories.  Seattle you didn't disappoint and we will be back!

Seattle Day 2

The girls didn't have to be ready and at the competition till late in the day so we drove back into Seattle to explore some more.  First stop was the Space Needle!  Going up in the elevator is a trip, you can watch the number of floors and see out the glass windows at the same time, it is not a quick trip up.

The 360 degree views are insane, the sun came out while we were up there to give us a good view.

We had to feed these hungry girls

I can't remember the name of the restaurant we went to but it was delicious.  Taylor has never tried an oyster before so after alittle convincing I told her I would do it with her.   They were perfect, she didn't love it but didn't hate it either.  We all had the clam chowder and it was fantastic!

With full bellies our next stop was the Chihuly Garden and Glass.

It was phenomenal, each piece is hand blow and there is just a wire structure on the inside holding it all together.

Even the girls really enjoyed walking through and learning about his artwork.

It was time to head back to the hotel so the girls could rest a bit and have time to get ready.

They competed at 7 something that evening and it was not their best performance to date.
