Injuries, Champs, friends, & black eyes!

Both the girls are fans of Cryotheraphy.  Kendall has been spending HOURS in the gym between CA and tumbling preparing for tryouts.  Her legs are covered in bruises
(she bangs her knees, ankles, etc together when she tumbles) and extremely sore muscles so she asked for an appointment.  It is really quite amazing how much it helps in recovery!

I got a call from Taylor, while sitting at tumbling with K, and I immediately knew something was wrong.  One because it was the middle of volleyball practice and two I could hear it in her voice.  She told me that she had landed wrong coming down from hitting and tried to continue to play but couldn't.  Her coach is awesome- noticed right away got her some aspirin and ice.  Ryan was already on his way to pick her up, of course it happened one of the few times that I wasn't there.  When she got home it was for sure swollen and starting to bruise but we decided that since it was so late that we would see the doc in the morning.

After x-rays we were super thankful that it was not broken but just a bad sprain.
So, a boot for the next few weeks and new ankle braces from now on!

SPA DAY!!!
Massages and facials for everyone!
Brittany, Sam, me, Jade, and Kristina
Lake Austin Spa is truly a magically place, so relaxing and the services are divine!

Of course, we had to have some bubbles!
How cute are these personal champs bottles?

The girls and I volunteered at Hope Austin this evening

and stopped for some ice cream on the way home!

Lots of ice, rest, and Marley cuddles for Tay

Thursday means another tennis lesson and that is all I am going to say about that...
#stillnotgood

Friday had some friends over and they ended up staying the night, shocking!
Sophie, Ella, Ava, and Tay

The next morning they transformed the back of Ryan's truck to "tent".
They hung out, listened to music, had snacks, and laughed for hours!

Monday was MKL which meant no school so the girls ran some errands and had breakfast.
The night before on of Taylor's friends threw a water bottle and it hit her in the eye so she is sporting a nice black eye.

Every once ina while they are sweet to each other.

Just another day and long drive to volleyball practice.
