Sushi & Baylor Basketball!

 

Thursday Ryan and I had dinner at Sushi Bar ATX.

It is tucked away behind a secret door in a house and seats 10 people with 3 chefs preparing the most amazing bites I have ever tasted!  

It was truly one of the best meals I have ever had and such a cool experience with them preparing each one right in front of you.

Fridays are hard!

Baylor played UT here in town so we went and it was a fabulous game. 

Also, happened to be the last time UT would play in the Frank Erwin center so it was packed!

Bears won!

Fun filled weekend!

Kendall had got tickets to the Cody Johnson concert for Brayden and her but he ended up having a baseball game so Ryan and I got to go! 

I am not sure what I enjoyed more the concert or watching Kendall with the biggest smile on her face the entire time singing every word to every song!

He put on a fabulous show!

Saturday, Taylor and Olivia played in their first sand tournament.

Didn't place but they had fun!

Saturday evening Kendall went downtown with her girlfriends.

Sunday we were back for more sand!

Monday the didn't have school and it was beautiful outside, K and I went for a nice walk.

Valentines Day + Tulsa!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Morning breakfast and flowers from Dad!  Ryan left early for work so I didn't get a pic of them :( 

That afternoon we took off to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the USA BMX ribbon cutting of the new coporate offices, track, and Hall of Fame.

We got there, checked into the hotel, and quickly got changed to head to the dinner reception.

This is the first time that so many of us have been together at once in years!

So incredibly proud of this man and all that he has done!

Tuesday I was up early for some unknown reason but got to see the beautiful sun rise.

We headed to Dilly's Diner for breakfast in downtown Tulsa

This was the BIGGEST cinnamon roll I have ever seen in my life!

Then we headed over to the new building!!

They had a section from the Olympics

Upstairs are all of the offices and you can see the track from there.

So many memories with this guy at tracks all over

The track is HUGE and has the Olympic starting hill and track as well

Then it was time for the ceremony

So happy the girls got to go and see and be part of this

The new office/facility is amazing! 

But time to hop on the plane and head home.

Busy week!

Tuesday we went to the baseball scrimmage!

I started a new Bible study group at the church with my old group.

Kendall has been asking for a King Cake so I reached out one of my friends from Louisana and she recommended this place.

Kendall and I decorated it after school and I think we did a pretty good job considering it was our first one.  Now to see who finds the baby!!

Taylor and her friends went to Alex's house to surprise her with her new car after school!

Friday night Ryan and I went to the movies.  I honestly can't even remember the last time we went to the theatre, it was really nice!

Sunday, Kendall got up early and did a Valentine's day breakfast for Brayden before church.
