Bye bye June

 We are all together, at least for the day.

Squeezed in some boat time, at least until it started raining.

Wednesday, the kids and I headed to Seaside.

Ryan will join tomorrow, he had to stay for work stuff.

This does not look comfortable

We got there and of course everyone was hungry so we hit up pickles.

There were a ton of local friends in Seaside.  

Some came over and the kids played games on the balcony porch.

Welcome to AAU volleyball!

Holy volleyball courts!!

Biggest veunue we have ever been too, something like 125 courts in one section alone!

The days all run together with games- wins and loses.

We played some incredible teams.

One morning some of the girls went to The Escape Room to celebrate a teammates birthday.

My favorite part of this entire trip was getting to have dinner with the McLaughlin's

I have missed her so much, it was so good to see her and catch up.

The kids didn't miss a beat but sure have grown alot!

Four days of playing is not easy, sleepy head on the flight home.

The end of the season, didn't end on a high note but they grew as a team and as individuals.

Had some amazing coaches as well.

AAU's or Disney?

Monday birght and early Taylor and I were off to Orlando for AAU Championships.

The girls thought that we didn't have any plans for the day and while we were checking into our hotel I pulled out ears and said "why don't go to Disney?".  The looks on their faces were pure confusion, they didn't know what to think.  But quickly got excited.  We hurried up to our rooms and let them change and were out the door.

Disney had restrictions on how many people they were allowing in and it was kind of overcast so it was really nice.  

We watched all the shows,

tried all the food

took all the pictures,

visited all the countries,

rode all the rides,

drank all the drinks,

got rained on,

and had all the fun!

So glad we got to squeeze in Disney for a day.

Madison's come in!

 Kendall and I tried a new workout place called Spenga.

It is a mix of cycle, weights, and yoga.

Friday Ryan had his annual boat day with his staff and Kyle was celebrating his 30th birthday that same evening.  Our boats docked at the same island so I climbed over and joined the cousins for a bit.

Saturday the Madison's came in for the night and we right the lake for some fun!

Then we chilled in the cove for a bit.

The two have some serious brotherly love.

We grabbed some lunch at Ski Shores

Sunday, was Father's Day.

We had brunch at the steakhouse before the Madison's headed home.

 While we were in Cozumel Kendall was in Galveston with her friends and a few moms having fun!

Tuesday we celebrated our 19th anniversary!

Friday, we headed to Dallas for a volleyball tournament and Kendall drove us the whole way.

Saturday after games we went to TopGolf with some teammates.

Meanwhile, Ryan was hosting all the The Woodlands boys at our house for the weekend!

So glad she got to come with us since it was the first time this season we could have more than one spectator. 

When we got home on Sunday, Nanaw and Popeye were here!

They are staying with us for the next few days while she has some dental work done.
