Thanksgiving Week festivites!

We celebrated Kristina's birthday a few days early.

The girls have been basically living at our house this week and I secretly love it.

It was raining and gross outside so they had to set up in the garage to fry the turkeys.

Friday was GAME DAY!!

Baylor vs UT

It was cold and glommy and ended with a lost but we had a good time.

Then we came home and watched the Vandy playoff game on TV

Saturday we spent most of the day getting Christmas down and put up.

This is one of my favorite trees.  Each year my Mom gives us the official Baylor ornament and all the others are Baylor or football themed.  It is just so special.

Went super simple this year on the big tree and I love it.

Wow, that was a jammed packed week of fun and lots to be thankful for!

We missed Jill and Alison but we got dressed up and headed downtown for some fun!

Love my evenings with these ladies always full of laughter, amazing stories, and a great time.

Wednesday I went to A Christmas Affair and we got our holiday shopping on.

Friday, Taylor had her wisdom teeth taken out.

And she slept most of the next two days but over all did really well and not much pain or swelling.

Kendall called on her way home from school and had this furry thing in her backseat.

Long story short.  Sadie (we found out later) had gotten out of her backyard and was wondering along the main road in the neighborhood.  So Kendall pulled over and get her in the car and brought her home.  After trying the local Facebook sites she took her up to the vet and got her scanned for a chip.  They contacted her owners who came and got her after a few hours.  She was the sweetest thing and just made herself right at home. 

These two, always together and you never know what they are up to.

Thursday night Ryan and I loaded up the van with all the stuff from the garage to take to the lake.

We don't have our well yet, so no running water which means pop a squat to pee.

I love how the bar turned out, counters come next week.

Traffic was awful on the way home and we were starving so we stopped in some small town and had the best BBQ!

Meanwhile, Taylor, Dani, Kylie, and Alex were at a concert freezing their booties off.

And Kendall was at the football doing the same.

Saturday, Taylor and Alex met up with one of their old friends Kendall (who now lives in Chicago) and had lunch and did some shopping.

Then she headed to the Millar's ranch for the night.
