A glimpse in our crazy world

Kendall cheered at the girls basketball game.  Let me just say that it was an intense game!  They were playing Cedar Park (which I found out is one of our rivals) and it was a close game but we came out with the W.  Let me also add that some of these 7th grade girls are scrappy and serious ballers!

When we moved in one of the first projects was to redo the back porch.  Ryan and I spent alot of time out there and we love to entertain so we knew it needed some work.  All the construction work has been done for a few weeks but we have been waiting on the countertops for the kitchen for FOREVER!

BEFORE

AFTER

They are decton, which is extremely durable and great for outdoor.  I am in love them with!  I love the color and all the vains- so pretty!  Ryan is super excited about finally getting to use his grill  Now to get some stools!

Oh Amazon Prime where do I start with you.  I am obssessed and have a serious addiction to you, you just make life and shopping so darn easy.  I love that I never have to pay for shipping or run to Target and end up spending $100 extra dollars when I came for one thing.  You have EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING which is why I have a package on my door way to often to admit to.

Tuesday Taylor had volleyball, Ryan was out of town and Kendall wanted to go out to eat perfect than I don't have to cook.  So after homework and studying (there is a difference just ask her) we got in the car drove to dinner and were walking into the restaurant before I realized that I never changed out of my slippers and back into my booties.  Oh my goodness!  Seriously where is my head!  What are you suppose to do but roll with it, at least my feet were warm.  We even stopped at Target after!

Oh apprently this is how we study for a science quiz!

Weirdo but whatever works

Wednesday we went and watched the boys basketball game

Thursday before school

love my girls!

Friday I met Carly at Ride for a spin class and then some brunch!  It was much better this time around!  :)

Friday night Ryan and I snuck out and grab some dinner- car selfie

Dirty martini's make any day better!

Saturday the Kendall and I went and got our nails done while Taylor got her hair cut next door.  Mani's and pedi's are Kendall's favorite!

We dropped Taylor off at home cause she was having some friend over and K and I grabbed some coffee and went and got her hair cut.

This girl has a TON and I mean a TON of hair!

Came home to find these girl in the hot tub

I was cooking some dinner and look over this cute fur ball was watching me.

Goof balls

Another great busy weeks in the books!

Another week...

Monday the girls had no school.  Kendall was over at a friends house and Taylor and I ran some errands and stopped at the gold old Whataburger for some lunch!

Found this cute furry pic on my camera!  Marley is one loved dog!

Monday evening the weather got "real bad" for Texas as in below freezing with a "chance of snow" so of course school was canceled on Tuesday.  :)  No school means an opportunity for the girls to talk Ryan and I into having friends over to hang.

Never fails that the bottom of the stairs are always covered in shoes!

Taylor and Gralyn sat at the island for a LONG time and make these adorable clay things.

Tuesday it was REALLY REALLY cold but no snow :(.  We were super lazy and just hung around the house and watched movies.  We watched The Blindside (I cry every time I watch it) and it was a hit so I thought they might like Ferris Bueller's Day Off (one of my favorite movies) but it was fail.  So sad!  The girls were not into it at all.

After dinner and being home for 4 days straight this is what happens!

I for sure thought someone would end up crying or hurt.

I have watched this 5 million times and still belly laugh at it.  I was literally crying when it happened.  It was hysterical!

Wednesday!  Thank goodness school was back!

I signed up to try an indoor cycling class with a girlfriend.  I have never taken a cycling class but it was Madonna themed so I was in.  Let's just say I was a total fish out of water and almost feel off my bike a few times!  It was lots of fun and a serious work out!  Holy moly I was so sore for a few days!

Thursday Taylor had an ortho appointment around lunch so we grabbed a quick bite before I took her back to school.

We were right next to our favorite bakery so we grab a cookie for K and her after school.  They are not only so cute but delicious!

Kendall has been taking private tumbling classes for a while now but she took a class on Thursday to try it out.  She actually had a lot of fun so we are going to sign up her up!

We had a pretty chill weekend.  Saturday the girls had friends over and I didn't get any pictures (weird I know!).  Ryan worked all day in the garage installing the new cabinet system.  It looks really good, I take some pictures when it is all done.

Sunday Kendall and I went to chruch and then tumbling.

Taylor loves to bake and whipped up this pretty with fondent hearts for desert.

After dinner, homework, and shower the girls and I watched Sister Act and liked it!

What a week....

What a week!  Ryan left on Sunday to go out of town till Friday :(

Our friends the Macs moved this week and to say it was emotional is an understatement.  KM and I run almost all of our errands together, meal plan together (which won't change), pop in at each others houses almost everyday, walk together, get our nails done together, workout together, talk multiple ties a day, text all day long (again won't change)...  You get the point.  I will miss having her here but thank goodness for unlimited calling and texting.  We are already planning our first trip to see each other!

Wednesday the girls played hooky from school to hang with them before they left.

Apparently kids never out grow playing with boxes.

These two goof balls and I went to dinner to take our minds off of it and they are NUTS!  We were the only people in the restarant which was a really good thing because they had a case of the giggles and being quiet is not their strong point.  I love their friendship and their craziness.

Friday our basketball hoop got installed!  Taylor has been loving it!

Taylor had cotillion Friday night and we didn't have a chance to go shopping this week so I went out and picked up 11 dresses and 4 pairs of shoes in hopes that she would like one of them (she is super picky).

This would be a pile of the NO's- all 11 of them!

Told her to pick one or go naked so this was the winner.  She wasn't thrilled about the shoes or the dress but it was only for a few hours.

Kate, Maggie, Taylor, Sophie, Gralyn, and Reese
pretty girls

Saturday we had a bunch of errands to run and needed to drop off some pool equipment so we all loaded up.  Ryan stuck the equipment in my car but the back window wouldn't close because the pole was to long but forgot and started to pulled out of the garage and then we heard a pop!  A really loud pop and then a shatter.  My entire back window was in a zillion pieces all over the car and the driveway.  Oops!

After cleaning up and switching cars this girl finally got her some wings.  Pluckers is her favorite place and Ryan usually takes her on her birthday but he was out of town.

The girls came out dressed the same in the morning and I wanted a picture.  You would have thought I was asking them to shave their head.  Just a few of the ones that didn't come out.

Thank you!

My three loves!

Good bye week, I am not sad to see this one go.
