Phoeniz Day 4, 5, & 6

After a full day yesterday, Wednesday we chilled out with Mama Edson and Papa in the morning.

Grab some lunch and froyo

Gavin showed them some tricks on the iPad

The girls played with Shane

before heading out to watch his last game of the season.

Thursday they Shane and the girls swam while Amy and Gavin took care of some business.

When they were down we all went to the Phoenix Art Museum.

All the wall in the lobby were covered in black paper butterflies, really neat looking.

One of the exhibits right now is "The Art of Video Gaming".  It explores the 40 years of video games.

The girls playing Pac Man

One of my favorite, Super Mario Brothers!

Kinda weird seeing this in a museum.

We explored the color exhibit.

The Thorne Rooms are a women's collection of miniature furniture and accessories.  Each room is extremely detailed.

The rugs in the rooms were woven specifically for each room.

Amy is very knowledgeable about art and the piece in this museum so she took us around the best ones.

Claude Monet- Flowering Arches

George Washington portrait.  This is the same portrait as on the dollar bill.

A wall of Taylor's favorite colors!

In the Digital Print Fashion exhibit I found a dress worn by Carrie Underwood.

That night we went to the Diamondbacks Game

After everyone got decked out in Dbacks shirts he headed to our seats to watch the game and have dinner.

Kendall and I on the way to the ladies room
